How to delete in the app
- Open TrailQuest
Make sure you are signed in with the account you want to delete. - Go to Settings
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar. - Scroll to the bottom
Find the red "Danger zone" section. - Tap "Delete my account"
A confirmation dialog will appear listing everything that will be erased. - Confirm deletion
Tap "Yes, delete everything" to permanently delete your account.
What gets permanently deleted
- Account & profile
- Step history
- Streaks & badges
- Trail Coins & wallet
- Trail progress
- Friends & social data
- Leaderboard entries
- Profile photo
⚠️This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is erased immediately from our servers.
Deletion timeline
Deletion is immediate from Firebase Auth and Firestore. Backups are purged within 30 days.
